We want to thank our employees for the incredible amount of work they are doing on behalf of our customers and clients. This has been an unprecedented experience that continues to evolve daily, and the Kiemle Hagood team is working to ensure that all of our customers and clients continue to have our support as we navigate both health and economic issues associated with the COVID 19 response.

Governor Inslee has declared a universal shelter in place requirement. Kiemle Hagood meets the definition of “critical business” due to the nature of the property management and maintenance work that we do, and therefore we are exempt from this requirement. We do anticipate working to comply with the intent of the shelter in place requirement where possible, and will continue to utilize proper social distancing and sanitizing procedures for those working in the offices. We will also be evaluating the work flow and staffing on a daily basis from this point until the crisis is over. The corporate office will be closed for public access, and for those needing service please utilize the normal channels for work orders and building issues.

For our building tenants, we understand the financial strain that is being put on your households and your business.
