Making Space for Success
Kiemle Hagood is pleased to have helped two multifamily projects navigate the complexities of affordable housing finance and begin the construction process. Liberty Park Apartments recently refinanced for interior renovations and improved cash flow, and the Jayne Auld Manor financed for new workforce housing construction.
Congratulations to Shannon Meagher, Director of Housing Development for her hard work and dedication towards both of these projects.
